Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files (STL and 3MF downloads), all sales are final once files have been downloaded or accessed. We cannot offer refunds for digital files that have already been downloaded, as we have no way to retrieve or verify that the files have not been used.

2. Patreon Subscription Refunds

FNFLAB 3D does not directly process Patreon subscription payments. For subscription refund requests, please contact Patreon Support directly. Patreon's refund eligibility rules apply:

• Refund requests must be made within Patreon's stated refund window.
• Patreon may grant or deny refunds at their discretion per their own policy.
• If a refund is issued by Patreon, your access code to FNFLAB 3D will be deactivated.

3. Exceptions — When We Will Help

We will work to resolve issues in the following situations:

• Access code not received: If you subscribed on Patreon but never received an access code, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice due to a technical error, contact us and we will coordinate with Patreon to fix it.
• Broken or corrupted files: If a model file is broken or cannot be opened, we will provide a corrected file or an alternative at no charge.

We want every member to be happy with their subscription. If you have an issue, please reach out before requesting a refund — in most cases we can solve the problem quickly and make sure you get full value from your membership.
