Terms of Service — FNFLAB 3D

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FNFLAB 3D ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Access & Membership

Access to the customizable 3D models on this site is provided exclusively through a Patreon membership subscription. By subscribing to our Patreon:

You receive an access code that unlocks the full model library on this site.
Your access remains active for the duration of your active Patreon subscription.
If your Patreon subscription is cancelled or lapses, your access code may be deactivated.
Access codes are personal and must not be shared with others.

Patreon billing is handled entirely by Patreon. FNFLAB 3D does not process, store or have access to your payment information. For billing issues, please contact Patreon directly.

3. Permitted Use

The 3D models and files provided through FNFLAB 3D are licensed for the following uses:

Personal 3D printing projects.
Commercial use — you may sell physical 3D printed products made from our models (e.g. on Etsy).
Personalization and customization of designs for your customers.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Redistribute, resell or share the original digital model files (STL, 3MF) with others.
Upload our model files to public repositories, file-sharing platforms or other websites.
Share your access code with others who are not Patreon members.
Use our models for any illegal or harmful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All 3D models, designs, code and content on this site are the intellectual property of FNFLAB 3D. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you. You receive a licence to use the files, not ownership of them.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all models are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that models will be error-free, that they will print perfectly on every printer, or that the Site will be available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

FNFLAB 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the 3D models, including but not limited to failed prints, material costs or lost sales.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
